The Duplex Notebook Stand is a one-of-a-kind notebook computer stand that will accommodate the smallest of netbooks as well as the largest of notebooks. The Duplex is not available anywhere in the U.S. except on our website. It is the perfect notebook companion for your desktop when using your notebook as a desktop PC replacement. Although simple in its design and function, the Duplex Notebook Stand is far from simple. This unit comes with a built-in 4-port 2.0 USB hub and two fans for cooling. The fans are detachable and can be reattached to either section at any time. Depending on the direction they are attached, they can either blow air in the direction of the notebook or vacuum is away from the notebook. For netbooks and smaller notebooks, simply elevate the inner U-frame section into the desired angle and it automatically locks in place. Then flip-out the two 'Support Tabs' and set your netbook/notebook directly onto the support tabs and viola! Instant notebook stand with the perfect angle. For larger notebooks, elevate the outer U-Frame section to the desired angle and repeat the process. The Duplex is our second desktop stand that uses no supports or setting locks to hold the angle. Simply pose the unit, fold down the support tabs and set your notebook in place. The inner U-frame section can support a minimum width of 9-1/2" while the outer U-frame section can support a wide screen notebook up to 17" wide. The Duplex Notebook Stand is portable at 1 lb. 13 oz. and will stow in any carrying case or back pack at 12-3/4" wide by 11" by 1" thick. This unit provides a stable base with four large rubber pads that do the gripping. Large rubber pads on the top side grip the notebook and keep it safely secured. The Duplex is made from high-impact material and carries a six month warranty against defects in materials, manufacturing and workmanship.
